Elegante apartamento en Granada by beBalmy

We booked it specifically because of parking and were not told that there would not be parking available until the day before our arrival, and then only when we asked specifically about parking. We were then told that there was construction so the lot was closed. However, there were several cars parked in the lot and empty spots as well. We were forced to park in a mall parking lot several miles from the place and take the Metro and walk several blocks to the apartment. There was also no stopper for the kitchen sink and no dish soap. We also had only 1 towel (dishcloth) to use in the kitchen. The only comfortable looking chair in the place had a broken leg. The sofa was old and uncomfortable and covered by a shabby throw. This place may have been "elegant" in the 1950s. The hosts were not very responsive and offered no suggestions to help with the parking situation. Even when we sent them a photo of the empty parking spaces they offered "1,000 apologies". I would not recommend this place or the "BeBalmy" company.
