“nice location but apartment needs repairs.”

The best

the location was perfect for us. the place seems to be fully equipped with hair dryer, iron, steamer, toaster, coffee machine etc. host seems nice but late in responding, not sure due to language issues or platform. photos in list are accurate. listing needs to add building number just has street name and no signage.

To be improved

the property had a water leak and it was in disrepair. host should have removed listing until repaired. check in was delayed for clean up but the cleaning wasn’t properly done. the kitchen and front of apartment were wiped down but bedroom had wet bedding and the bathroom was filthy. kitchen had a further leaking first night and host explained it was from cleaning lady. I didn’t use any dishes or or utensils because at this point I wasn’t sure of the cleaning or where the water was from. and to top it off I found a cockroach which the host said was part of the business. i would have changed places but I was there for limited time and almost not at the apartment for almost 2 of 3 days.
