The apartment is dirty. Floors, table and bed were full hairs. Looked like it was not cleaned after guests before us. In main terrace is smell of drugs from surrounding apartments. All in all, the worst experience ever with booking.com.

“Excellent location, good amenities, nice kitchen and baths, two private terraces.”

The best

The apartment was conveniently located near the university and the appliances, kitchen and layout were very good. One of the bathrooms was not working at arrival, for which the owner gave us a chance to cancel for free if we wanted, but we had no time to look for another place and we stayed. We had two separate bedrooms and two private terraces, which was excellent when my colleague and I wanted to relax alone. The only inconvenient detail was the access to the apartment through a special app that you had to install and have to use data to open the building door, which didn't work at all times. I shared this with the owner and he provided us with extra keys to resolve the problem. We were satisfied with the solution and were grateful for the owner's responsiveness. We will recommend this apartment to frineds and colleagues who come to visit Terrassa. The location is also excellent for the trains to Barcelona and to the old city center. Good place overall.

To be improved

The access to the building was through an app we had to install in our phones and then use data each times we used it. Since we were coming from the US and not Sprain, every time we used date our phone company charged us $10, so we asked for a physical key instead. The owner was very kind to provide it and resolved the issue.
