Beautiful property and garden, very comfy bed, great shower, very friendly hosts. We were greeted with wine, fresh fruit, flowers, biscuits. Quiet and traditional home in a lovely location. On clear nights the stars were stunning!

This house has a well equipped kitchen, heated bedrooms, designated parking area, and a beautiful garden with views of the coastline. It is very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water in the shower. Upon arrival, there is a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, and local cookies on the kitchen counter. The setting is peaceful and quiet, being a 15 minute drive from Barlovento along a narrow, curving road. Keep in mind, this is at the north end of the island and is not central to most sights. It's a great get-away place!

The location, the cleanliness, the hosts’ availability, the premises, and the equipment. Highlights are the outdoor kitchen, the spotless bathroom, and the terrace with ocean view. All in all 10/10

It is an amazing stay. Waking up for a super views of the ocean and everywhere green. The garden is amazing the pictures do not do it justice. To park in front of the house is a bless.

My wife and I have been visiting the Canary Islands for many years and La Palma is the last one, apart from Fuertaventura, that we have not yet visited and we both agree that it is one of the most beautiful, if not the most beautiful island. At least at this time of year there is no mass tourism and the island itself offers a range of activities in a beautiful natural environment. It is sad, though, that the recent volcanic eruption has caused so many sad stories and that thousands of homes have been lost forever. However, people are always part of the story, and Maria and Luis are certainly part of our very positive impression that we took away from Barvolento of Casa Eloina. The house has everything one needs on such a trip. And we are always delighted if what is not there is immediately put right by the owner. The nights are at this time of the year colder and more humid in the north than in the south and it was a bit chilly in the living room, but the owners immediately fixed it and supplied us with an electric radiator. We were greeted on arrival by the very friendly Luis, and there was a bottle of excellent wine on the table along with a basket of fruit and cakes. The house has a fanatastic terrace and garden, and the view is phenomenal. The capricious weather made it a little difficult to take advantage of it all, but Barvolento is a great base for visiting the island's natural features. There are also excellent restaurants within a 15-minute drive. Both my wife and I agree that the island is beautiful and too big for a 14 day discovery and we will definitely be back and when we do it is our wish to repeat our stay at Casa Eloina.
