A traditional Spanish villa with an amazing pool and outdoor cooking facilities, the property is not overlooked and is in a very good location for exploring the island if you hire a car.

To be improved

The property needs a couple more large bath towels and a few basics for when you arrive would be great ie tea, coffee, milk, sugar.

The best

Scenic grounds, a swimming pool, your own lemon tree, and a convenient location. We had no contact with the owner; the instructions received via email explained everything. Overall, I recommend it for a vacation, suitable for a stay of several days. The property does not border anyone, which means you can have fun loudly.

To be improved

WiFi reception is poor in the far room. Basic bathroom amenities such as toothbrushes and even soap were missing. Not all light switches work, some of the outdoor lighting does not turn on. The dishwasher cleans poorly, and there were no detergent tablets. The pool was not clean enough for swimming. Access to the roof was locked. There are ants in the kitchen.

“Lovely stay in a house with a big garden that has plenty of seating, a shady terrace and great pool”
The best

Grateful to have been able to check in early. Lovely garden and pool, peaceful, residential area with parking behind gates. Close to Sa Pobla for market and shops as well as an hour or so from beautiful mountain areas and 30mins from Palma. We were easily able to warm up the house when it turned chilly in the evening.

To be improved

An extra blanket in the bedrooms would have been nice (we had our own). Kitchen worktop area is a little small. A cafetiere would be quicker/more space efficient than the slow coffee machine. Instructions for litter/recycling and using the TV would have been helpful
