“Leaving sleep deprived”
The best

Upon arrival we were impressed with the hotel views of the cathedral but little did we realise you had to compensate the central location for your sleep. The rooms were not soundproof and noise went on into the night including road maintenance at 3am one morning. Personally I would not stop here again as the location & views does not make up for being sleep deprived your whole trip.

“Luxury, location, and Amore”
The best

Absolutely outstanding stay in Seville. We had only a short time but this hotel made it fantastic. Mario and the rest of the concierge staff were attentive, KIND, and gracious. Our room was beautiful and very unique. The bed was so comfortable with luxurious pillows and comforter. We even had a soaking tub that came in handy after a long day of touring! I highly recommend this location in this property

“5 star charge for 2 star experience..........if even!!”
The best

The location is excellent, but that's it!! Over the course of 4 nights we moved room 3 times - it's tired and shabby in places and needs a full makeover. How it's a 5 star hotel is beyond me! We paid a 5 star price for a 2 star experience. The breakfast was poor with very little choice of hot food. The staff are NOT dressed professionally.
