It was a nightmare to check-in. I asked if we could check in sooner a day before, he did a standard answer that the room will be ready as they finish cleaning. Also we didn't get the check-in instructions before arriving. On the day of the arrival, the owners did not respond to the text for an extended time, at the check-in time(15:00) no response or instructions were provided, after calling (with no response), and a couple more text I was informed that he wanted us to check in at 17:00(2 hours from the original time agreed). The owner blamed the previous tenant, as the check out of the property was at 11:00 and he had 4 hours to prepare the room, it looked like he forgot about us. At 17:00 we sand this partner to clean/prepare the room. I got the instructions to access the property at 18:30. As I got in,I noticed the apartment provided is not on the one from the website, with different facilities. On the 2nd day I saw a cockroach. Would not recommend

The room was not cleaned when I entered into the apartment There is no sharp knife in the kitchen to peel the food There is No hairdryer in the bathroom No hangers to hanger the clothes in the closet
