We had requested a proper mattress on the sofa bed well beforehand and extra key's. Neither were accommodated until after complaining..! The mattress was eventually left outside the apartment door. No clean towels or bedding for the first week, then two set's in the second week...! 🤔 We were not previously sent the number to the keypad lockbox so when we arrived we couldn't gain access to the building. Kindly, the restaurant manager next door offered to help. He used his own phone to phone the letting agent, were he had to request the keypad number. Finally after trying three code's we got the key.

The best

Location was amazing. Lovely little balcony to watch the world go by and fab sun trap roof terraces. Quiet and exactly how advertised.. Small, basic but clean studio. Easy check in and out. We come to Tenerife a few times a year but not stayed here before,, will defo return. Excellent value for money.

Could do with a more powerful shower.
