“Try to avoid this stay!”

To be improved

We had a horrible start to our trip getting to this place. The host greeted us and then immediately went on to say that our 3yr old daughter is not added in the stay and that we have to pay cash to get inside. We said that it must be a mistake via Booking.com, since I added all 3 of us. Nevertheless (however illogical it seems to have to pay adult fee for a 3yr old), we were ok updating the payment. She insisted on giving her cash directly. Then it was a 1.5hr wait to connect and talk to Booking.com staff who couldn't convince the host to send us a payment link and have us pay during our stay. She doesn't empathize with the guest, nor care; she is just greedy for money and definitely not capable of being a host. Avoid this place. It's a tiny room in an odd location, plenty of good alternatives in this beautiful island.
