“Great stay in Malaga”

The best

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults and one child. Pietro is a great host, you have everything needed in apartment. (Towels, shower gel, dishwasher , washing machine and the kitchen is well equiped) It's very close to the beach, and with metro you are in few minutes in old town.

“Good”

The best

The apartment is very well-equipped, especially the kitchen - you can find everything you need for day-to-day living. It was great to be able to use the dishwasher and the washing machine; there were two conditioners in the rooms which we used for heating (we stayed in winter). We were two couples and a child, and the apartment was just the right size for all of us. The location is good - the sea is within a couple of minutes walk, several supermarkets and a subway station within 10 minutes. The balcony is very cozy and sunny. Pietro is a very friendly and caring host.

To be improved

The sound isolation is poor - take some earplugs, otherwise you will hear your neighbors watching the TV until 5 in the morning and the garbage truck arriving at 1 am. Apart from the two bedrooms where the windows are, the apartment is dark. Most of the furniture is quite old. Although the apartment was pretty clean, we found mold and a mushroom growing in the bathroom, and caught a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen (probably coming from the inner yard).

“Exceptional”

The best

- the air conditioning and fan system works very well, even at 42° it was pleasantly cool in the apartment - shops, restaurants, beach, bus, metro ... everything is very close

To be improved

- parking a car on the street is a bit of a problem, but that's not the accommodation's fault :-)
