“Good for a few nights”

Great location, metro line and grocery shops very close. Apartment is quiet. Well stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, big refrigerator. Check in is very easy with clear instructions (only Spanish though), host is responsive. Apartment was very clean.

To be improved

The apartment is pretty dark, there is barely any natural light. This can also be good in hot weather, but the apartment didn't feel cosy. Windows are small and face walls or the patio of other flats. The dirty cutlery was left in the dishwasher by the previous guest.

“Apartment close to metro”

The best

The apartment had most of what we need (we are traveling for a year), and was close to the Metro line 1 for access to the centre. The washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine all work as expected.

To be improved

5pm check in feels a little restrictive. There is an option to request earlier check in but you pay for this. Some minor issues relayed to the managing agent. For us the main downside is all the Windows’s open on to other peoples courtyards so there is little privacy, no daylight, and hard to get a through draft. The apartment is fine for two people. I would not stay longer than the week we had.

“I would come again!”

The best

It’s clean and close to the city center, we were walking and didn’t use metro at all, although station is 1 min away. The neighborhood is also very nice, you have everything you need. Communication was excellent, the host is great.
