No kettle to make a tee or coffee☕️

We have along list of things we didn't like: Cardboard like apartment Very noisy, you can hear your neighbours brushing their teeth and flushing their toilets, Building site right outside, Very hard cheap mattress and couch/sofa. Washmashing but nowhere to dry clothes. No shelf in closet, this was mentioned by previous guests two years ago, still not improved, Sliding door to balcony not locking, Terrible smell of sewage in bathroom, which is understandable as no bin for paper is provided as in the more affluent part of the city. Air-conditioning not working, All in all, 3 very uncomfortable nights, especially if it is raining and if it wasn't raining... its a place to drop your bags and stay out all day. Imagine an Ikea made up room with no thoughts of your guests comfort. The little touches of a 20c croissant does not make for extra rating points whatsoever. We have recommended for the owners to spend a couple of nights in the apartment they are advertising to give them the experience we got... no reply. Spend a few more euros elsewhere and stop reading the 8+ reviews this place gets. They don't care.I would rather pay 250£ more and stay somewhere else ,if your looking for comfort go elsewhere.
