The best

Very good accessibility to the Madrid centre (close to metro and bus stations). There are a lot of restaurants, bars, shops nearby. It's not on the main road. Wifi worked great.

To be improved

The apartment is in the basement, very poor air circulation. There was mould in the bathroom. The bathroom and toilet are next to the bedroom, unfortunately the retractable door did not work very well. The front door did not lock, only the sliding grille. Communication only in Spanish.

“Disappointing, never again”

The beds were very comfortable, the location was good as well as the price.

To be improved

There were stains on the dishes and sheets as well as the couch, carpets, and sheets. There was hair on the bedsheets. Most of the items like the handles of the bathroom and the stairs were very unstable. The door didn't lock properly. We had to leave the key inside the door lock for the door to lock "properly." There was no noise canceling. We woke up thinking that someone had entered the house. The bathroom didn't have a mirror like in the picture, and generally, the whole experience was disappointing.

“Overall a good and comfy place at top location”

The best

The location is top. Easy access to all the places you could visit in Madrid - museums, cinemas, Royal palace, etc. The apartment was comfy and had everything you needed.

To be improved

We weren't expecting the second bedroom to be just a bed hidden behind a small wall. There wasn't any additional space. The A.C. wasn't working though we were provided with fans, so it wasn't so hot.
