“Great little rooftop apartment near the center”
The best

The apartment management was nice and let me check in early (though with some initial issues getting buzzed into the door). Cute little apartment with air-conditioning, and a rooftop terrace to relax. Quiet despite being perfectly located by metro & tram right in front of the door, and a supermarket one minute away as well as plenty other stores in this lively neighborhood.

To be improved

As it is stated, no elevator up to the 5th floor. Could easily be a 9 or 10 if some minor issues were addressed (some ants, broken handle and chairs), some basics such as salt/pepper or sufficient toilet paper present. But overall a good deal.
