“Great Stay – Would Definitely Return!”

The apartment was very spacious, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the bedsheets were clean. Access to the apartment was also very simple and convenient. This was our first time in Madrid, and we had a fantastic experience. If we ever come back, we will definitely choose this place again! Highly recommend.

The owner wasn’t attentive to guests needs. Like no kitchen towels to use for wiping, not a single free condiments, only 3 spoons and 2 teaspoons despite having 6 guests. No dishwashing liquid. Only 2 toilet paper rolls for 2 nights. The hand washing liquid in the bathroom was almost empty that we had to add water on it. It was so hot and only have one air-con in the living room that cannot hold the heat. No fan for rooms. It was so hard communicating with the host despite saying that I don’t speak Spanish they kept on responding in spanish that I have to google translate.
