The shower head needs changing as you couldn’t adjust the shower head and a sharp knife for cutting and slicing.

“Amazing time in Granada based in this apartment!”

The best

This is a great apartment and thank goodness for the Air Con (it was 43 degrees when we were in Granada). It is a great location with a huge supermarket nearby and lots of shops and cafes and great bars nearby. It is well served by the 33 bus from the bus station so easy to get to and from if you want to adventure further afield. We would book again without hesitation.

To be improved

If I was being really picky I would say the kitchen could be better equipped. We are British and would have loved better tea making facilities - a kettle and cups would be amazing, and a sharp knife for cutting bread, but we managed fine with what was there.

Due to a problem with the link sent to open the door we couldn't spent the first night in the apartment. We contacted Booking customer support, but they simply told us couldn't contact the apartment management due to the hour we were calling (10.30/11 pm) and said they couldn't do anything to help us including finding an alternative place to spend the night. The experience with Booking was absolutely negative. The lack of professionalism and lack of empathy from its employees in the face of our frustration and fatigue, due to not being able to resolve the situation, made the experience exponentially worse.

That was a tricky one, we were a little bit worried that we will sleep on the floor, but the manager helped us, and quickly managed everything, so thanks to that))) the great plus is hot water)))
