“Not in a safe area and lock was not safe!”

To be improved

The communication to get the keys was ok. The keys to get into the apt. were terrible. You had to jiggle the key around while lifting it up and then pulling the door to you to get it to open. We could not successfully get it to work and did not feel safe staying there. We reached out multiple times to the host and they never responded.

The best

Location was good, however the place is on the last floor of an old building, which I didn’t mind personally, however anyone having problem with getting up the stairs with also quite low ceilings would find It possibly challenging. Apartment was fully equipped and clean, there was literally everything in place.

To be improved

Size, much smaller than expected but for a short stay and price it’s survivable. The worst thing and quite unacceptable for me was opening the front door to the apartment. I was shown how to do it by host however it was difficult to open the lock, u had to strongly pull the handle and turn the key at the same time in order to get in. Sounds easy but was way trickier than expected. Noise from the street, first night I got woken up at least several times.

The best

It was very warm and beautifully decorated, nothing was missing, it smelled great, everything was very clean. The location was perfect

To be improved

the only thing i would change would be the door and the top and bottom

“I would definitely stay again!”

The best

First off, it has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, location is superb, it was small but it was okay. I stayed in the sofa bed because my couple friends stayed in the bedroom. Staff was friendly, she did not speak English though but translation app really helped.

To be improved

If it was just me, I won’t have anything bad to say but it was not stated that the apartment is in 3rd floor without lift. I read it later on in the comments but I already booked it. I was with late 40’s couple who are a little bit on the bigger size so it was hard for them to go up and down. They said that the room was a little cold as wells as the heating was only in the living room.
