Encanto clásico para 7 en Calle de la Cabeza - E1

Horrible smell, hot water did not work, really dirty, doors and windows broken that we could not close it properly and it was super noisy, ants on the kitchen, fridge had an alarm all night long and it was really annoying, staff did not care about us. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 night and left because it was our worst night ever and could not stay any longer as it was really bad everything.

No hot water, difficult to open the front door, air Conditioner leaking, no kitchen towel or paper towels, difficult to get help when needed. Only one key.

It was really hard to enter the building because the digital key didnt worked properly and there was no key in locker box. and we cant reach the property owner on the whatsapp and over the phone. And there is no hot water so it was very difficult to take bath.

As you enter the door strong smell of cigertte smoke welcomes the visitors. There is no proper ventilation in the rooms. The window in one bedroom is broken, its imposible to close. The window glass in the kitchen are broken As wellAnd most of all, there was no hot water in the month of January!!

The only thing I did not like about this lovely apartment....was that I did not have enough time to enjoy it more... sadly I had to go back to France:)
