Great communication prior to trip ( apart from an erroneous address). Location is excellent. Apartment generally fine.

To be improved

We received 2 different addresses prior to the arrival. We went to the last address they sent and it wasn’t the right one. Took a while to get in touch with them and then just decided to try the other address and luckily were able to get in. No reply from hosts until I called a few times. Mould on single bedroom wall and wallpaper peeling b off not really acceptable. Could have been sorted quickly before stay. At least to cover it. Toaster didn’t work. No plug in kitchen sink. Could do with another radiator.

The owner did not give us the correct entry info upon arrival and did not respond to messages until the next day forcing my group to find alternative housing on the first night.
