“A bad rental apartment”

Location is good

To be improved

No elevator!! Property is in 4th floor, though it says 3rd, but floor count starts at zero. It should be indicated on the ad that THERE’s NO ELEVATOR. It was really bad for seniors like us. The apartment has complete kitchen but we have to buy everything, including toilet papers. No coffee, soap and everything needed for a comfy stay. The address as provided by the owner don’t have street number, that even the taxi driver can not identify. He has to call the owner who said he is in a meeting. Have to wait 15 mins after someone showered, otherwise, no hot water. Worst of all, it’s very hard to open the door with the key provided !!!

The location is quite strategic for those who love shopping.

To be improved

It is suitable for young guests but not ideal for families with small children. Moreover, it is highly unsuitable for those bringing luggage, as guests must climb several flights of stairs while carrying their suitcases because the apartment does not have an elevator.
