The best

The accommodation has a great location – close to a Mercado supermarket, several cafés and casual restaurants. The metro station, a larger shopping center, and the National Museum are all within walking distance, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was spacious and clean – the rooms, living area, kitchen, and bathroom were all in good condition. A big plus was having two toilets – one separate and one in the bathroom with a shower, which was very convenient.

To be improved

The only downside was the lack of kitchen essentials – there was no oil, so we had to buy small butter packs just to make simple breakfasts like eggs. There was also only one dishwasher capsule provided. For a short 3-night stay like ours, it was okay, but for a longer stay (6–7 nights), it would be more comfortable to have at least 2–3 dishwasher and laundry capsules available. We ended up washing most dishes by hand.

It was very difficult to contact and call them when I did late check-in even though I paid the amount on late check-in. There was no person, tried to call and no answers when I checked in. It was difficult to find digital code box for door lock on the door, It seems different cultture. In Asia, it is easy to find it on the door. It recommend that the sign of door lock is marked on the door. For 5 days, there was not enough for bathroom supplies and asked for it and delivered them. It was not comfortable in a room with unbalance with large furniture arrangement for living room size. It was paid without a reason by a credit card but the pay was finally canceled after I asked the detail of use.
