This apartment only had two bedrooms instead of the advertised three!! Check in took almost 1.5 hours during which we had to wait outside the property in the dark. We were charged EUR 30 extra for this too (after we had already booked and provided our check in time). Customer service, if you can call it that, was beyond awful to deal with. Never again.
