One window damaged we couldn’t close the shutter - it caused a lot of light to flood the room at 6am. Stadd unresponsive until our last day. Cleanliness could’ve been better - eye for details.

the location was so close to all. theres a unique antique elevator. and it was spacious.

To be improved

some parts of the unit need repair and furnishing. some light bulbs were not functioning.

Perfect location :-) Big apartment with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Great communication with the agentur. We enjoyed the apartment.

To be improved

Only hot water in the main bathroom, so even if We had 3 bathrooms We could only use 1 for bathing. A bit crowded. No hot water in the kitchen either. They tried to fix it, but didn’t Work. The Light in the main bathroom didn’t work all the time. We fixed it ourselves ;-))

The location is really good. Many good places for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks near it. Ms Diana from the apartment company was really helpful; she did a good job of sorting the issues we had with the property

To be improved

We couldn’t access the 3rd bathroom in the property for almost 1.5 days; because there was something wrong with the lock and they had to send for a locksmith. The apartment company didn’t have a WhatsApp service and made it really really difficult for us as tourists to communicate with them. On the last day the heater stopped working; so none of us could have a hot shower on that day.
