Location was nice - a bit far from the main Barcelona area but still nice. Beds, kitchen and overall cleanliness are fine.

We arrived on Saturday so the external company was expected to remotely unlock the door of the building for us. It took us more than 20 minutes of roaming call (more than 40€) to explain who we are and what we want. They just needed a lot of time to open the door. It was terrible and frustrating experience. Shower/water boiler is really bad. Hot and cold water are almost impossible to adjust when taking a shower. At certain periods you only have ultra hot or only ultra cold water for longer period of time. Building is older so the noise from other neighbours is expected. Doors slamming, noise in the hallway, etc.

The apartment was very clean,, spacious near the city centre and quiet.Had almost all facilities of a household . If we visit Barcelona again we will stay again in this flat.

The furniture + and sofa covers need to be renewed.

The property said we will have 5 beds, but we only had 4 beds so one person had to sleep on the couch, which was really uncomfortable and not for sleeping.

The location was good and the space within the apartment was ample for a family of five. The period features in the apartment were beautiful, such as the tiling.

To be improved

Lots of the facilities were tired and old. The showers were mouldy and doors not sliding/closing. The dishwasher was not working. Cupboard doors falling off in the kitchen. The biggest problem was access. It was impossible to operate the front door to the apartment. The electronic lock system is difficult and time consuming. It would take us numerous attempts to access the apartment, sometimes waiting 10mins to finally get the timing of the lock right. It is not ideal and needs addressing. We were also locked out of the building on our arrival for over 30minutes as the agent could not get the doors open.
