Old building, elevator not deserving all floor, odor of smoke in the unit, call center instead of easy contact for complaint

We liked everything and will for sure rent again on our next trip to Gozo.

Need more light.

Check-in process was horrible. We were standing outside the apartment with our luggages on the street for 43 minutes, waiting for the person to give us the property key. We did follow their check-in rules, notified them the meet time 3 hours in advance (and updated them 2 times in advance). It was very embarrassing to stand in street. We contacted them, they were not honest to us, keep saying the person would arrive no more than 10 min each time. Check-in person gave you the key, when we asked questions about using washing machine, he said he doesn’t know. They do not provide luggage storage prior check-in time or after check-out time. The location is good, other than that, we did not have a good experience.
