Enjoy Apartments VP Camp Nou 2

everything could be better as there wasnt anything good starting from the people of accomdiation to the place it self as it wasnt clean and dirty cockroaches were everywhere and small insects and im not pleased about it and in the future if this place is offered for me for free i wouldnt accept it and i advice everyone who is reviewing my review not to choose this place for your vacation, my reservation is for 6 adults and there was only 3 plates and 3 spoons in the appartment, and in the second day the asked me to clear the apartment to clean it from the coackroaches with spray how come this happens!!! and there's pictures includes it in the apartment

It was a **** hole

Beds were uncomfortable, like camp beds and poor pillows. Apart from the bedroom with the balcony the rest of the apartment was dark. The check in portal and process was confusing and caused unnecessary stress trying to charge me twice for late check in. The settee was stained and the cover had a burn on it. The entrance hall was damp and smelly.

Apartment was not clean. It was dusty. Small cockroaches were there. There were no air conditioner. Ceiling fans were not enough for the summer season.

No one gave us the keys, we had to wait hours to get help over the phone and the door couldn’t even open nor lock properly. The experience was simply horrible:(
