“A good base and what you need if you aren’t spending much time at the apartment”

The best

Great location right next to the metro and in the heart of Barcelona. Comfortable beds and powerful showers. Good WiFi. Big fridge. Having the lockbox was perfect for groups so we could all come and go as we please. The shared terrace was really nice. Good ac. Basic but was just what we needed for a long weekend as we spent most the time out of the property

To be improved

A bit small for 8 people - there needs to be a table with 8 chairs if the apartment is for 8. The lock / key was quite confusing (but once sussed out was fine). The kitchen was narrow and not really suitable for cooking big meals, but fine for basics. It felt a little sparse - no lamps or warm lights. It said no noise after 9pm which is absolutely fine, but the neighbours still complained at 8pm when we were on the terrace which we found a bit annoying. We were just talking up there and it was before the noise curfew. The owner was nice about it though :) would still stay again.

Very clean, we went as a group and the location of the accommodation was fantastic. Would definitely return and use these apartments again for a group.

To be improved

Only very small negative was to leave the luggage it was about 15 min walk, it would have been ideal to have something at the apartment that could be used for luggage drop off.

The best

Great location, nice well kept building, space was great for our needs and appreciated the mid-stay cleaning. Our second stay in the building / with this company and definitely would make a point to stay here again!

To be improved

Beds weren’t the most comfortable, loud upstairs neighbor some nights (though not necessarily the fault of the rental company).
