After we reached the apartment tired w/luggage we had to collect the entrence key 2,6 km from the apartment, info about key came after payment. Kids could not use bunker no safety fence. Actually 5ft floor though listed 3rd

The staff was helpful, the flat was clean and big, amenities were super! Beautiful views to La Modelo. Five minutes away from BCN Sants train station.

To be improved

The collection of the keys was a nightmare. The staff was amazing and helped in every moment, but the location to pick the keys up were 15 minutes away by car from the flat. The neighbours complain a lot
