“It was a decent places with some nice updates but overall not good value for money”
The best

Bathroom and kitchen updated and well designed. Overall layout and size of apartment was good. Great heater, water temperature and pressure. Amazing host- Sergio was so kind!

To be improved

Couches were covered with old fabric. Many of the walls were scuffed and dirty. Refrigerator was not clean. The A/C unit in small bedroom was not well sealed and allowed a lot of outside noise in. Quality of linens were poor. We had expected much more based on the reviews. The $45 cleaning fee didn’t seem fair based on cleanliness of unit when we arrived.
