“Overall, the apartment didn’t meet expectations and didn’t feel worth the cost.”

The best

• Excellent location: close to the city center but in a non-touristy area. • Great cafes nearby. • The apartment had both a radiator and a warm air conditioner, which kept us comfortable during the cold December weather. • A lift to the fourth floor, very convenient with luggage.

To be improved

• No hand soap provided. Requested soap but never received it. • Coffee machines were available, but no capsules were provided, which felt pointless. Typically, at least a few welcome capsules are included in accommodations, but we were refused any upon request. • The air conditioner emitted a strange smell, likely due to a lack of cleaning, giving the space a damp feeling. • Bathroom doors didn’t close, and there were no doors in the living room, which would have been helpful. • The online instructions for the door lock were misleading (said to turn right, but it required turning left). • No welcome touches like water or small amenities.
