The main shower head didn’t work, only the smaller one. Maybe a couple more pillows would have been nice as the ones we has were quite flat.

Clean and equiped for all your needs, if necessary. Not far from the metro which makes it easy to reach other areas in Madrid. Friendly and clear communication!

The best

Terrible experience, from the customer service to the cleanliness. There was door damage, and they didn’t even try to fix anything. To make it worse, they claimed they came to change the pillows, but they didn’t do that or even replace the toilet paper.
