“12/10 and deservedly so!”

The best

Everything was superb, from the time Juan first reached out to us to the minute we departed. Juan did everything he could to accommodate us as best as could be. The apartment is superb. Parking is literally a 2 minute slow walk away. Loved it and wish we had stayed longer. Would give it a 12 out of 10 if I could!

“Good, comfortable, centrally located place to stay for short break in Jerez”

The best

Snug, comfortable, well appointed apartment in quiet but ideal central location and just the job for our 2 night stay in Jerez. Various shops, restaurants and bars located within easy walking distance nearby. Good and timely communication with host who also provided list of places to visit, suggested restaurants etc. Clear access instructions. Good, efficient air conditioning system (as very hot when we stayed) and provided comfortable conditions.

To be improved

Nothing really. 3 minor maintenance points for improvement shared with host upon leaving

“Small apartment close to the cathedral but be aware of the stairs”

There was parking onsite which was very useful. The apartment was only a short walk down to a very good restaurant, El Molino, which was very near the cathedral. The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. It is only a short drive to the A4 either to Cadiz or Seville.

To be improved

The owner was supposed to meet us at the apartment but had an issue so he couldn't be there. He sent very explicit instructions on how to access the keys but this did involve a lot of driving from one place to another and then back again because we picked up the wrong keys. The apartment is tiny and the stairs leading up to the loft bedroom are so steep that my husband refused to go up them so had to sleep on the sofa! This apartment is definitely not for people in their 70's which we are.

“Fantastic property in beautiful Jerez”

The best

Location was fantastic Property was very well equipped Super comfortable bed Excellent bathroom with powerful shower Was very much appreciated to find some cold beer, milk and water in the fridge. Communication with the host was excellent
