“LOVELY HOTEL”

“We liked the room (spacious) and the area the hotel is located. · Cons: We had to go out from our building to a main building where the pool was, and they didn't have bathrobes to give us and the pool area didn't have any lockers. The pool was not really clean, hair floating all over. Food was okayish, but lines were too long for omelets and things like that.”

“The room was amazing exactly as the fotos. The staff really polite and helpful. The breakfast amazing. The indoor swimming pool relaxing. The views awesome! · Cons: There is nothing I did not like. Just if someone wants an apartment has to know that there are stairs so if you have a baby trolley or a wheelchair can be difficult the transportation. We had a lightweight baby carrier so ni problem.”

“The staff was so kind, they even helped us with bringing a birthday cake for my youngest son to blow the candles over dinner. The buffet was generous, the kids loved it. The apartment was very comfortable, with a good temperature and enough supplies. The resort has an overall exotic image with plenty of vegetation, ripe dates fallen from the palm trees, bird singing and a beautiful blue pool outside, surrounded by long chairs for sunbathing. Absolutely lovely! · Cons: Didn't manage to find the instructions for using the safe box in the room (maybe I should have asked for them at the reception desk). I was expecting bathrobes and slippers at a five-star hotel, but they didn't provide us with these, and the temperature of the indoor pool was a little less than comfortable for the kids. The lamps on both nightstands weren't working, just the ones on the wall, besides the bed. And some of the accessories in the apartment should be replaced, like the trash can in the bathroom for having its lid heavily attacked by rust.”
