“Very spacious, renovated apartment near the port, excellent value for money”

The best

Spacious renovated apartment very close to city centre and the Port of Denia. We were attending an event at the port itself so location was key. The apartment is spacious with 3 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and two balconies. Staff was very helpful and handled the communication well despite a small technical hiccup. Overall very pleased with the experience, would come back!

To be improved

The main A/C in the living room could have been stronger for the large space it had to cool down. It worked OK but being in the middle of an extreme heatwave, a newer & larger unit would have served better. No complaints regarding the AC units in the bedrooms, those worked fine.

“Not so recommended for families due to the noise until very late”

The location is perfect. Nearby the seaside and the city centre. The apartment is really nice, modern. However they could provide some more basic things like more toilet paper or waste bags (we needed to buy some for a 7 days stay).

To be improved

It is really nice because it id in the city centre but this also comes with a lot of noise from the street. Also the neighbours from upstairs are horribly loud until very late in the night. We booked this apartment for November, but due to the natural disaster that happened back then they let us keep the reservation for April, that was nice. However, they made us pay almost 700€ more. Before we left, the manager of the apartment blamed us of causing damages in the apartment, even I told him it wasn’t possible that was us because we were still in the apartment (with picture of our booking) he insisted in a not so nice tone. That was not nice at all. Later on it was clarified. The contact from Denia was a really nice person though.

It was very clean and tidy. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need.

To be improved

The en suite shower needed a bit of sprucing up. The boiler in the utility dripped constantly. The sheets should have been cotton and were a bit uncomfortable.

“Great location with great balcon & sea view”

The best

Spacious with nice natural light and sunny balcony & sea view. I only used one room bedroom w ensuite bath but it had 2 other bedrooms plus a 2nd bath; great for a family. Very nice shower too. Close to ports and the tram. Location was quiet.

To be improved

The stick aroma diffusers were too strong. Unsure why they were needed. Some of the cookware and utensils need a good cleaning especially of food stains. The bath vanity lights did not work but overhead light was good. Also a blanket or throw for the sofa would be nice for cooler evenings.

Spacious and clean On entering the apartment it did smell lovely and fresh Beds comfortable Towels toilet roll shower gel shampoo fairy liquid clothes scrubbers and tea towel provided Coffee pods provided Washer was great took everything home clean after a 10 days stay Everything you need is on the door step Tram station bars restaurants supermarket One street away from Main Street 2 marina's within easy walking distance Bus station is about 20 minute walk we visited Benidorm by bus and Calpe by tram Only had one issue with kettle sent watts app message and had new one within 2 days

To be improved

Nothing really but when I go again would ask for change of bed linen if staying 10 days or more
