The reception was closed on Friday when I checked out. The cleaning team allowed me to store my luggage until I was picked up but when I returned I couldn’t enter the property

Complex and the how things went when we arrived it was disturbing what we had to do to get in there and it it was stressful but we did eventually get there.

“good clean accommodation convenient location good price · Cons: completely satisfied good clean accommodation.but there is a very big problem of people smoking in the residential area.There was smoking on both sides of the balconies and it was very disturbing for relaxation as we don't smoke.”

“Location great, beds great but a bit run down so definitely in need of a makeover”

We have been staying her for the last 6 trips to Puerto Rico and love the location and the beda are so comfortable. The staff are lovely.

To be improved

The apartments themselves need a total makeover aa gone very run down. No hot water one day plus no aircon. Main door into apartment very weak with gaps at the sides and under the door. Curtains on the patio door hanging off and all it needs is someone to stand in a ladder and hang them back on the hooks, not a big deal really!

I have stayed there on many previous occasions but I thought this year the cleanliness and decor of the apartments had deteriorated! I reported our patio door lock faulty but was not fixed. Doors didn’t close properly on kitchen units and the shower door didn’t close properly either and flooded the floor whenever you took a shower!
