“Location was great, the shower was really good, and the balcony was handy. · Cons: Noisy. There are only 6 rooms in the place but despite it being small (or maybe because of it) it was very noisy. Group of drunk guys decided to move the party to their room and they wouldn't keep quiet. Tried ringing and messaging staff but there was no one available. No handsoap and very limited supplies in the room. All of this makes me think it's more suitable for a group of friends than for couples”

“Disappointing stay – not as expected”

The only good thing I can say is that the air conditioning worked well, and the location was convenient ,not far from the beach and close to many restaurants and bars.

To be improved

I stayed in this room in Alicante for four nights and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. First, the TV in the room wasn’t working upon arrival, and although I reported it immediately, they weren’t able to repair it in time during my stay, which made it essentially useless during my visit. The blanket provided in the room was full of stains and clearly not usable. I didn’t feel comfortable using it, and no clean replacement was offered. The cleanliness overall left a lot to be desired. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned before my arrival, which was disappointing considering the listing photos and expectations. Lastly, the room was extremely noisy — poor sound insulation meant I could hear everything happening in the hallway and even outside the building. It made it hard to relax or sleep properly. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it unless some serious improvements are made.

The best

This property was completely run down and falling apart. The balcony seats were covered in filthy, wet ripped up fabric, the ceiling light (only source of light) was flashing constantly, and when reported we had no response so had no choice but to either have the light on and get a headache or sit in complete darkness. There was also no hot water, it was FREEZING COLD, so was unable to shower during our stay, which again was ignored. There was no duvet cover provided for the duvet, which is incredibly unhygienic, and when brought up with reception they asked why I didn’t just use the duvet without a cover???? This is a BASIC amenity when booking a stay. After all of this, all that they offered was a €15 refund - and this was after hours of calling and texting and being ignored. I had to go back to the establishment’s reception later to even get a response.

- No duvet cover provided for the duvet - No hot water in the showers - Faulty ceiling lights that constantly flash, and no lamps provided in the room so had to sit in darkness. - Balcony was absolutely disgusting and covered in wet filthy fabric strewn around.
