rooms were lovely, spacious, and clean. Very simple hotel but very satisfactory, you get what you pay for. Excellent location too.

To be improved

You have to pay for the wifi which is ridiculous in 2025. No aircon in the rooms - didn’t bother us too much, but if it were hotter could have been a huge problem. Food was very basic and not great quality but this was expected for the price.

Place was spotless, grounds and pool well maintained, reception was very modern, apartments were huge, bathroom modern, showers lovely, and bed comfortable!

To be improved

While we were only staying for 4 days, our room wasn’t cleaned, bins weren’t emptied, floors not brushed etc. I had to ring and ask for clean towels on Monday after arriving Saturday. I also had to request a sheet change. While 4 days isn’t a lot, in the heat it is nice to have fresh sheets etc but that was more of a personal thing. They changed them as soon as I asked. Food for the half board was poor. I am a fussy eater, and plenty ate there daily. The board really wasn’t worth it. While not the fault of the hotel, it was loud, you could hear people’s conversations clearly, you’d hear people coming home at night, a few people playing loud music. Again, no fault of the hotel, but if looking for quiet and serene maybe not the place. No air conditioning. WiFi €5 per day PER DEVICE and internet not connected to the TV. Thought that was steep. Also, pool area not big enough for the amount of guests.

Excellent option for the money, great location, just a minute down to the beach, besides the beach is just perfect, gently sloping sandy, one of the best in the city I think. The room had a sea and pool view. we had a suit room with the kitchen well equepped ( we didnt use it) We had all inclusive and the food is excellent, everything is enough, the all-inclusive system works great, snacks at the bar between lunch and dinner, a lot of different soft drinks and alcohol, beer, wine, in general you will find everything you need during the day. Another thing that was a very pleasant surprise - our flight was after 7 pm, we were allowed to use all the benefits of the hotel and the all-inclusive system even after checking out of the room, although they are not obliged to do this. This is just a huge pleasant bonus, thanks to the staff, everyone is very welcoming and attentive.

To be improved

The only thing is that there are not enough umbrellas. Keep in mind that there are no beach towels. I think everything else is great. You have to understand its not 5* hotel, but their 2* they present very well and provide great servise
