Some neighbours had boom boxes and played music far too loud (obnoxiously so). we didn't complain they were on hols, but I think someone may have as it stopped. Can't say we weren't relieved, though. The speakers shouldn't be in the villas if people can't respect a normal volume and consider neighbours. I love music but not like that, and I wouldn't inflict it on others in that manner. It was obnoxious, honestly.

Very bad smell, horrendous, coming from the bathroom. It never resolved the whole stay. Cleaners came in unannounced on day 2 said they’d be back, but they never came back!!! Was this visit an error on day 2? You don’t need a clean or new towels after just one day!!!! Then never came back in a 8 night stay! No bin liners were left to transport rubbish to the recycle bins down the street!!! Small bin got full very quickly in the kitchen. Needed bin bags. No instructions were left as to how to deal with the rubbish. Poor communication prior to our stay, as to where Villa was and all check in information. A man knocked on our door who had no idea which villa he was staying in. He’d not received any check in details from you. He was very grateful to use our phone emergency telephone number to call to get details of his villa which fortunately was next door to ours!! Stressful

Villa was lovely could have done with more cooking utensils, but very happy with facilities
