“great place to stay”

The best

the apartment was brilliant lots of space and friendly staff. The only thing I can say that is negative is that we had a room without a balcony and when youu look on the website they show a terrace and balcony with sunbathing space. We were disappointed that we did not get that or that is was not available and we were not told in advance

“This was a great option for families. Cheaper than having to get two hotel rooms and the extra space of the kitchen and sitting area was greatly appreciated. The apartment was clean and the staff very pleasant, however, despite it being obvious, you need to be reminded you are renting an apartment so there isn't maid service and clean towels and no 24 hour front desk, etc. Fortunately there is a grocery store only a block or so away so we could stock up on toilet paper, water, and some food. You are also only about 5 blocks from Sagrada Familia and four blocks in the other direction to another metro. Our only other small gripe was that the kitchen appliances were difficult to use. The 2 burners were hard to regulate so as not to burn the food, the washer and dryer was a very small combo unit that didn't completely dry the little load we did after 2 tries, and we had to go borrow some dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher and had problems closing it. But the staff did come fix the alignment. Overall, those were small issues and we would recommend it to others.”
