“Not as we hoped”

Good location, close to the beach and Puerto marina.

To be improved

Accommodation was not as we hoped. It is expensive and we were willing to pay for a good place and location. However there was alot wrong with this accommodation. They say they can host up to 6 persons. That is not correct. Yes there is a sleeping sofa, that is broken. Mold in the closet in one room and the kitchen is not equipped for 6 persons. The drawers in the bedroom were broken, painting on the balcony falling off and broken light on the balcony. And much more that was off with this place. Uncomfortable beds and pillows

“Location ....pool area and gardens and free parking were excellent .......apartment was nice but needs upgrading overall good apartment lift access kitchen was excellent bedrooms and sitting room spacious balcony could do with a tidy up but over looking pool and gardens which was nice very quiet complex · Cons: One sofa needs to be replaced outdated .......shower area needs glass extended or door to be placed on shower as water just goes everywhere”

The best

Location was great. Apartment was clean. Collected keys at office with no problems. Photos and description matched the Apartment. Beautiful pool area and garden area very well maintained.

To be improved

Thought TV had programmes tuned in. We only had prime to watch. A lot of dampness in walrobe in bedroom. Clothes were very damp and bad odours from that area. Couch not very comfy. Such a pity there is no seating at the pool as it was a beautiful area. Balcony needs painting.

The best

The whole process was easy, and the team kept me updated through the app/IVI Real Estate link. The office location was close to the apartment and clear instructions were provided before the visit on where and how to collect the keys. Location great and communication good.

To be improved

Not having sunbeds around the pool, a waste of the area and sun terrace. There was slight issues with the upkeep of the apartment (paint flaking off the balcony, bathroom door no lock, and bathroom door sticking) but nothing you couldn't live with for a short stay. Just a little bit of cosmetic work required, but this would not stop me from booking again.

So spacious. Had everything you would need in an apartment. So central and safe

The only negative is there was no sun loungers by the pool and none with the apartment
