I loved how tucked away we were in the hills of Andalucía.
Jose was a fantastic host and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed.
Perfect and relaxing stay.

“Perfect, relaxing stay with a warm and friendly host.”
I loved how tucked away we were in the hills of Andalucía. The pool was absolutely lovely and a great way to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. Jose was a fantastic host and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and provided us with some great local information!
Everything was great, though just be aware that the property is accessed by a country road, so either have a car that is capable of navigating this or drive slow :)
“Rustic Andalucían Retreat”
The Hermitage is an astonishing and quirky place to stay in Andalusia, and great value. Chosen for its remote location (my hobby is astrophotography) it is nonetheless in easy striking range of Granada, Iznajar and Cordoba. The local town (15mins drive away) has everything you need to support a self-catering holiday. The building is as rustic as it is beautiful and is deceptively large inside. Jose was a superb host, before and during our stay, and a source of very helpful insights and advice throughout. Thank you, Jose, and adios!
Very little! This property is stunning but rustic in design: the photos provide an accurate illustration of this. If you are looking for a modern hotel finish, then consider looking elsewhere. I would only ask for more comfortable pillows to sleep on.
“Spend time in Ermita :)”
Extraordinary, calm place, unique, great locatipn with great views. So, if you want spend time in rural areas it's a great choice. Movie projector included - great idea!
