Amazing villa in the middle of the island. 4 bedroom 4 bathroom is a real luxury for this price. All service available. I would go back there tomorrow

The best

The villa was large and spacious and in a beautiful setting of meadows full of wild flowers. It was a lovely surprise that there were complementary toiletries, even toothbrushes in the four ensuite bathrooms. We asked for a coffee pot as the coffee maker wasn't working and it was promptly supplied.

To be improved

The air con system was constantly on and noisy in the main ensuite bathroom. We could not turn it off. The villa was cold and more blankets would have been nice. We didn't have hot water for 3 days and nights, despite the fact that there was a solar and back up system in the villa. There was a slow leak in one of the downstairs bathrooms, not sure where it was coming from. The water drainage from the upstairs bathrooms was slow and needed to be unblocked. There wasn't many cups for these tea drinking women and there were no large mugs! There weren't many wine glasses either. The pool wasn't clean and unusable sadly.

The best

Beautiful calm and countryside location close to the nice village of Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera. The villa is very spacious with a large garden en wonderful swimmingpool. All equipement needed is there beds and bathroons are good. With a car most places on Ibiza are reachable within 30 minutes. The hostess (Esparanza) was great and easy to reach when needed.

To be improved

There is little unnessesary things like loose doorhandles or a loose crane. Slightly better maintenance could avoid this. We had a couple of bigger issues though during our stay: one of the airco's was not working and we had big leakage in one of the other arico's with lot's of damage to the ceiling of one of the bathrooms. Upon contacting Esparanza, these issues we're solved very fast (same day) which was great. Because we faced these issues during our stay, Esparanza offered us a dinner which was great and much appreciated.

“Nice place to stay with friends.”

Nice and attractive villa with lots of space inside and outside. Nice and well maintained swimming pool.

To be improved

The sleeping rooms ans bathrooms are nice and functional however living rooms lacks cosiness. Just a table, a sofa. No decoration at all. Very strong and cool lightening. Access road is very rough and we had to ask to cut some trees to not damage the renting car.
