“Peace and comfort.”

The place is beautiful, the room is very big and comfortable, the staff is really nice and the hotel has nice views from the surroundings. We were upgraded to the biggest room.

To be improved

Our shower spilled water all over the room due to an elevated flooring and badly installed shower door. The breakfast could have more options, specially fruits.

“The hotel is located in a calm and pleasant area, ideal for a relaxing stay. The staff were consistently polite and professional, and the rooms were well-maintained. We also appreciated the room upgrade offered upon arrival, which was a thoughtful gesture and made our stay more comfortable. The location itself was excellent—both peaceful and conveniently situated. · Cons: The room, although advertised as soundproof, did not meet that standard. Additionally, all rooms are labeled as allergy-free, but as someone with an allergy against dust mites (amongst other things), I experienced nightly breathing difficulties that required antihistamines to manage. This suggests that allergy-specific cleaning protocols, such as thorough bed vacuuming with appropriate filters, may not have been consistently applied after each guest. The breakfast was unfortunately underwhelming. The buffet selection was quite limited for a hotel of this category, and did not reflect the variety typically offered at other 4-star establishments in Mallorca. While it was possible to order one additional dish from a set menu, this did little to enhance the overall experience.”

Everything The service and staff were excellent Nice room Nice pool The pool menu is really impressive compared to other hotels Good breakfast even though it’s limited Expensive dinner but very yummy

The walkway to our room was very rugged I almost fell twice , i wish they could level the cobblestone without affecting the authenticity While having dinner we were bothered by small harmless bugs , wish they could do something about it while dinning

“We got upgraded to a suite so that was really nice. The suite was so spacious and the atmosphere in the room was very nice. · Cons: There were not enough staff to help us with the luggages when we checked in and the service I would say was not reaching the standard of a 4 star hotel mentioned on google. Overall the room was nice but the service could be better.”
