We really enjoyed the views and the location – truly beautiful surroundings. The pool area is lovely and well maintained, and overall it’s a peaceful place to relax.

To be improved

The photos on the website mostly show the updated rooms on the top floor (4th), but we stayed on the 3rd floor where the rooms are quite outdated and don’t reflect the same standard. The reception area is not welcoming – it feels more like an old convenience store than a hotel entrance, and could really use a redesign. The breakfast is very traditional, with limited healthy options. The whole concept feels a bit old-fashioned, which may appeal more to an older crowd, but felt less aligned with modern expectations.

“It was a short walk to Deia, which is a beautiful, peaceful village with plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Next time I would hire a car to explore all the nearby villages and beaches. Loved our trip to Mutela, which was organized by the hotel. My first trip to Mallorca and it won't be the last.”

The best

Location was great, a short walk into town. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is wonderful, set in the mountains and surrounded by gardens it’s so tranquil. The private cove is also worth a visit.
