“Amazing hotel and staff”

The best

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, and will keep coming back. We always feel so welcomed and looked after when we come here. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, always doing their upmost to make sure that we have everything we need. The location is perfect, the sea view rooms lovely and well equipped. We honestly had the best time and will definitely be back again. Joseba and his team really made the stay special, thank you so much.

“A wonderful little hotel with excellent service”

The best

We were thrilled with this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and professional. The location is perfect if you want to explore Palma but also want to take a dip in the sea, as the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to enjoy a drink at sunset. The hotel is very clean and stylish. We can't comment on the breakfast, as we booked without it. Parking is available in an underground garage. Rooms facing the street can be noisy if you like to sleep with the window open, but you'll enjoy a magnificent sea view as soon as you wake up. What more could you ask for? We highly recommend this hotel.

“Perfect stay!”

What a wonderful find! The staff - every single one of them - are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and can’t do enough for you! I’m not sure I’ve ever had such brilliant service before! Everything was efficient, from check-in and -out, room service, advice on places to go etc. My room was incredible with such a comfy bed! The cute spa, especially the saunas, was divine at the end of a day of walking! The roof terrace is gorgeous, with incredible views to the sea. It’s conveniently located a 10 min walk to the beach and the main streets of the old town. I didn’t want to leave!

“Not worthy of a 5 star rating, avoid and save your money”

The best

This was my experience and you can decide for yourself, but I would not rate it as a 5 star hotel and it is not worth the huge price paid for a 7 night stay. Made the mistake of booking through booking.com and was charged in Euros so incurred bank charges. They emailed me and asked for pillow and mini bar drinks choices - these were not actioned when we checked in and despite pointing this out were not auctioned during our stay. Booked a ‘side view of the sea’ room and it was not worth the huge price jump because the room was still small with nowhere comfortable to sit apart from on the bed. The loo and shower were practically in the room only separated by a glass door therefore giving no privacy. The shower floor was cleaned with bleach so it stank. The duvet did not fit the duvet cover. There was a night light that kept me awake at night. In the hotel itself there was nowhere to sit and relax inside, the internal veranda was dark and dinghy. Reception staff recommendations for dinner were rubbish - all restaurants recommended to us had low review scores. The rooftop pool was not heated, it was freezing cold. The staff on the rooftop did not monitor people leaving their towel on sunbeds then leaving for a few hours. Breakfast staff cleared your plate and then talked to each other about it - re: Flora and Placido. Eggs cooked to order were watery, well, the fried and scrambled ones were unless you asked for them to be well done in which case they were practically burned. Could not give me water hot enough for tea in 7 days and served a one size cups worth in a cast iron kettle unfit for purpose. The whole breakfast experience was chaotic with staff walking back and forth constantly due to refilling people’s drinks. At the end of the stay I got a letter from the manager on check out asking me to recommend changes yet they made no effort to improve anything while I stayed and I had told them before I left the UK that this was a special trip for me. They tried to charge me the city tax again when I checked out but I reminded them I had paid it through booking.com.

“When great location and awesome team come together”

Greatest Service Ever We stayed for one week and felt home from the very first to the very last minute! Everybody - and literally everybody - of the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and always trying the utmost to make us feel happy. And being overwhelmed by that I almost forgot to mention the great views, the awesome amenities, the cozy rooms, the wonderful terrace …..
