The best

Good central location. Good air conditioning and kitchen but no cloths to dry dishes or clean counters.

To be improved

No proper window coverings. Dirty sofa and scuffed walls and floors. Television not working. No cloths to dry dishes. No bins in bathrooms. Had to use key box code each time to enter property rather than having a key. Contacted the company a number of times via text (WhstsApp and booking.com)and phone to rectify these issues and they indicated they would deal with them however they never followed up on these issues.

The best

Very silent , neat and clean, large space and good facility for very everything is good, it’s more suitable to live more than one night, which is our case. In one it's great value for the price. Just across metro, location is good.

To be improved

There is nothing I don’t like about property. Just for people traveling with heavy luggage, better don’t go to the property by metro, the nearest metro station got no elevator. It’s not problem of property,or maybe there’s other metro outlets in the nearby streets. Just hope to be helpful information for other travelers.

The best

We had a great stay at the apartment, very clean and we found all the facilities we needed. The location is perfect, just 1 minute away from the metro station, which made everything super convenient. We had a small issue with the door, but they were very responsive, answered within minutes, and quickly sent someone to help, which we really appreciated.
