“Staying in the middle of a UNESCO Heritage site.”

Loved the location. Even though the apartments are in the middle of an Arab souk, the bedroom are peacefully located at the rear of the units. So no problem with noise from the sloping souk street below. This area is full of shopping and good eats. Request a lower unit. I had to hire a young man below in the souk to bring my heavy suitcase down the 30 steps from Apartment 3. Disfrutelo!

To be improved

Didn't know that I had to empty the "catch" jar that filled with water from the air conditioning at least several times a day. Otherwise it overflows onto the living room floor. My advise is to not set the air conditioning unit less than "25". But even then, the jar fills fairly quickly.

I don’t have any complaints about the property. Though I would advise management to let future guests know that the jar collecting the water from the air conditioning will need to be emptied during the hot days in Apartment #3.

“Perfect Location for exploring Granada!”

Location was absolutely fantastic. We walked everywhere and were able to come in and out throughout the day. The apt is very lovely and right in the center of the action yet very quiet inside. Having a basic kitchen was so welcome and we prepared some simple meals. Good shower/water pressure very appreciated

Lots of small things that on their own aren't a big deal but there were many so I will list so you can improve for future guests. Bedroom- sheets are terrible low quality. Better sheets would be the first place to start. Comforter was very thick, too warm. Making a thin cotton blanket available would be great, and would save on ac costs. AC unit had a VERY bright screen that makes it hard to sleep because the room is too bright. Not sure what can be done, maybe just putting some tape or paper over it. Light directly outside the bedroom/bathroom is on an automatic sensor and its so bright that it wakes up your partner sleeping in the bed if you get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. A regular light switch would be better, we unscrewed the light bulb after our first night. Kitchen is missing a few things but was serviceable and we really appreciated having it. Getting a serrated knife, can opener and rack for drying the dishes in would be great. Lacking clear directions from the host to find the apt because cabs cant go in that close. Giving a landmark that cabs can get to, then explain how to walk the last 2 blocks. We got so lost finding it.
