Fantastic location and beautiful views. Very peaceful. Very comfortable beds. Good bathroom and kitchen facilities. Close to the town centre and marina.

To be improved

The toilet was upstairs which meant climbing the spiral staircase in the night.

“Location, location, location”
The best

The location is what sold this property. The view is amazing and although we've stayed in many different parts of Puerto del Carmen over the years, staying here felt very different. It is so peaceful and tranquil with just the boats and the ducks. The property is very comfortable.The kitchen is fairly well equipped but lacks a few utensils. The shower was good and there was always loads of hot water. The street is very quiet but it is still fairly central. Communication with the property was easy and the agent was very obliging. Although he couldn't let us have a late check-out because of another booking, he did arrange for luggage storage for us which was very helpful.

To be improved

The wooden spiral staircase down to the bedroom wouldn't be suitable for everyone. It is a bit tricky to use. The wifi,which had been good, dropped out 5 days into our week's holiday. We weren't particularly bothered so didn't bother telling the agent until we were leaving so he didn't have an opportunity to fix it.
