“Christmas Stay with a Big Family: Convenient Location but Several Drawbacks”

Great central location near Plaza Mayor, with underground parking close by. The apartment faces the back of the square, which helps avoid noise at night.

To be improved

The apartment is in a building entirely used for Airbnb rentals. Due to the building's age, noise from guests upstairs—especially late-night arrivals after partying—can disturb those staying below. The bathrooms are outdated and could benefit from a renovation, such as replacing bathtubs with showers. The bedroom doors are noisy, and the lack of carpets and curtains creates significant echo throughout the space. Additionally, the absence of a dishwasher is inconvenient, particularly for families with young children.

The USA Team competing in the touchtennis World Championships were extremely happy with the apartment. Being very to literally everything made the trip special. I am recommending that the team stay there every year!!!
