Apartment is located to San Francisco, it is area in Bilbao where are living most of immigrants and you should be really careful. Also under your windows is railway so it's pretty noisy at night

Automatic door entry didn't work at first check in so we had to wait for people to leave the building twice ( once for each exterior door). Radiators in the bathroom were rusty and we found some dead bugs in the kitchen and bathroom.

We found the beds very soft and not of good quality. The location was a relatively short walk to the centre of Bilboa but the area itself had hundreds of young immigrant men standing around on street corners. Personally I did not mind this but I imagine some, particularly solo female travellers might find walking through the area at night intimidating.

there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. The self-contained apartment was perfect. it was like stepping into a fully equipped IKEA apartment which I loved.
